The MCEE has established two centers for economic education.  Dr. Paul Grimes, a Professor of Economics and chair of the Department of Economics, is the director of The Center for Economic and Personal Financial Literacy at Mississippi State University.  Susan Doty, former Lead Educator for the MCEE,  is the director at The Center for Economic Education at the University of Southern Mississippi.  MCEE plans to add additional university-based centers to provide teacher training throughout the state.
