Invest In Girls

Invest In Girls (IIG) is a nationally recognized program designed to help high school girls build financial confidence, explore career opportunities, and develop the skills needed to succeed in college, careers, and life.

Through engaging workshops, real-world financial education, mentorship opportunities, and career exploration activities, Invest In Girls empowers young women to take control of their financial futures and envision new possibilities for themselves and their communities.

For TANF recipients, the program supports key outcomes by promoting financial independence, strengthening workforce readiness, and expanding access to high-growth career pathways—helping young women build sustainable futures and contribute to long-term economic stability for themselves and their families.
